With a career spanning 16 years, Louise has cultivated extensive expertise in private medical insurance and other employee benefits, starting her journey in the industry as an administrator.
Throughout her career, Louise has demonstrated exceptional dedication and passion, particularly in the area of claims. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has led her to travel internationally, forging strong relationships and expanding Aceso Health & Group Risk’s global footprint.
Beyond her professional achievements, Louise is a devoted mother of two young boys. Her weekends are filled with family activities, often acting as a dedicated chauffeur to various football commitments. Balancing a successful career and a vibrant family life, Louise exemplifies dedication and passion in all her endeavours.
Carole Lennon
Carole Lennon serves as an Account Handler, expertly supporting the Group Risk Account Director in managing our portfolio of SME clients and their Group Risk schemes. With a keen eye for detail, she ensures that clients receive the best rates and terms through diligent rebroking efforts.
Before joining our team, Carole honed her skills as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in client relations and financial management to her current role.
Outside of work, Carole is an avid Crossfit enthusiast who enjoys hiking and running. Her dedication to fitness mirrors her commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
